Place the strips of string cheese near the edges of the pizza base and fold the dough over to seal.
Spread the sauce thinly over the pizza base.
Add the mozzarella cheese, sliced green pepper, sliced red onion, tomato, mushrooms and sweetcorn.
Place a baking tray or pizza stone on the top shelf of the oven. Preheat the oven to 240°C/475°F/Gas Mark 9.
Place the pizza carefully onto the hot baking tray or pizza stone. Bake the pizza for 12–15 minutes or until the base is crispy and the cheese is golden.
